About The Position
Silver Angels of Tennessee is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Home Care Aides in the Greeneville, TN office, servicing Hawkins, Hancock, Hamblen, Greene, and surrounding counties. Silver Angels is a home care provider dedicated to fostering an environment of wellness, healing, and independence for its clients. They emphasize valuing their employees like family, offering flexibility, and providing support beyond the job through programs like Payactiv for earned wage access, VitalLink for financial and resource assistance, and the Inspire Foundation for emergency support.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- A background check is required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- A driver's license is required.
- Auto insurance is required to transport clients (TN Only).
- TB test required (KY Only).
- Drug screen required (KY Only).

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities such as light housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation, companion care, medication reminders and more.
- Make our clients feel safe, happy, content, secure, etc.
- Provide top-notch services to every client.
- Be patient with clients of varying needs and abilities.
- Learn the skills needed to provide our valued services.
- Be a good and patient listener.
- Be attentive and understanding.
