About The Position

Chanda Care is growing, and we’re seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults in their homes with dignity and respect. This role focuses on providing dependable, respectful care that allows clients to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. As a Caregiver with Chanda Care, you play a key role in helping clients live safely and independently at home. Your support will focus on daily living, comfort, and meaningful human connection.

Requirements

• At least one year of caregiving experience or willingness to complete training
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely
• Willingness to commute within a 5–25 minute range
• A compassionate, respectful, and dependable approach
• Comfort working independently in a client’s home

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing hands-on support with safety, mobility, and comfort
• Preparing simple meals and helping maintain a clean, safe home
• Offering medication reminders and reinforcing daily routines
• Completing errands or grocery runs as needed
• Driving clients to appointments or nearby activities
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance
• Communicating clearly with families and the Chanda Care team
