About The Position

At Haven Home Care, home care aides provide essential support with daily living tasks such as personal care, light housekeeping, errands, and more, helping clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes. This role is for a full-time position with flexible schedules and immediate availability, focusing on making a real impact in senior care. Eligible seniors receive service hours through a state or VA-funded program that our in-home caregivers fulfill.

Requirements

• 12 months unpaid experience or 6 months paid experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 50 LBS.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct personal care to clients in the comfort of their home; some tasks include: Preparing/cleaning up after a meal, Bathing/personal care, Basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting), Laundry, Providing companionship, Running errands
