About The Position

Great care can be found in the everyday moments—helping with a meal, offering companionship, providing a steady hand, or simply making someone feel less alone. Touching Hearts at Home is looking for compassionate caregivers and CNAs who want to provide that kind of support to seniors and adults with disabilities in their own homes. We serve clients throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties and are currently growing our caregiving team.

Requirements

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
• Ability to lift 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility and safe transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals
• Complete light housekeeping related to client care
• Assist with daily living activities
