Requirements

Active CNA or HCA certification in good standing in Washington State
Minimum of 1–2 years of caregiving experience
Reliable transportation for client visits (personal vehicle with clean driving record or access to public transit)
Current CPR and First Aid Certification
Ability to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card
Working smartphone (iPhone or Android) for scheduling and time tracking

Nice To Haves

Experience working with seniors preferred

Responsibilities

Providing compassionate one-on-one care and support
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting
Assisting with mobility, transfers, and transportation to meals and activities according to each individual's care plan
Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping duties
Offering companionship and emotional support through activities such as: Reading together, Playing games and cards, Listening to music, Engaging in meaningful conversations and hobbies that bring joy
