About The Position

Haven Home Care is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to provide essential support with daily living tasks to seniors in their own homes. This role helps clients maintain independence and comfort. Eligible seniors receive service hours through state or VA-funded programs, which our in-home caregivers fulfill. The position offers full-time schedules with immediate availability and a starting pay of $16.00 per hour. The company emphasizes making a difference in people's lives and fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements

• 12 months unpaid experience or 6 months paid experience
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50 LBS
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Provides direct personal care to clients in the comfort of their home
• Preparing/cleaning up after a meal
• Bathing/personal care
• Basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
• Laundry
• Providing companionship
• Running errands
