About The Position

As a Caregiver, Home Care Aide, or PCA, you will support clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain independence, safety, and quality of life. Guardian Angel Senior Services is a family-owned company with 14 offices throughout MA & NH, providing compassionate care. This role offers meaningful work where you can make a real difference while maintaining control of your schedule. We provide training for the right candidates, regardless of prior experience.

Requirements

• Compassionate, reliable, and respectful demeanor
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• No prior experience required - training is provided for candidates with the right attitude and commitment to care

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, dishes, general tidying)
• Run errands such as grocery shopping and prescription pick-up
• Provide medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in condition or behavior
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment
