About The Position
We currently have urgent, immediate shifts available in La Jolla and Point Loma (up to 40 hours/week, 8 to 12-hour shifts, day/night options). Apply today for immediate consideration! Pay & Benefits: • Pay Rate: $19-20.00 / hour • Flexible scheduling (Part-Time, Full-Time, Weekend & Overnight shifts) • Supportive office team available 24/7
Requirements
- A genuinely caring, dependable personality (most important!)
- Active Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration with CDSS / Guardian
- Valid CA Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a Live Scan background check & TB test
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Dementia/Parkinson's care or back injury support is a plus
Responsibilities
- Helping clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
- Medication reminders and safety oversight/mobility support
- Transportation to doctor's appointments and errands
- Providing meaningful companionship and engagement
