About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Home Building Technician to join our team. This position plays a key role in the assembly and construction of modular homes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with lumber, basic power tools, and a solid understanding of how to accurately read and use a tape measure.
Requirements
- Accurate and efficient use of a tape measure.
- Ability to identify various lumber products.
- Hand/power tool experience.
- Experience in carpentry/construction—This includes at home DIY projects, related high-school classes, or previous jobs.
- Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Be part of the action by helping assemble and construct custom modular homes.
- Use construction equipment and tools with skill and precision.
- Work closely with your team, following project plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Keep the worksite safe and tidy, sticking to all safety regulations and company policies.
