About The Position

Northeast Family Services is seeking a dedicated behavioral health professional for a Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician role. This position involves working with families in their homes to conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and training, and supervise direct treatment. The clinician will be responsible for all required documentation, including treatment methodology, interventions, progress reports, and treatment plans. They will also guide staff to ensure effective implementation of home-based services and supervise Direct Support Professionals. This role offers a flexible schedule with availability in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field of study
  • Active clinical license – LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs that experience chronic developmental, cognitive, physical, medical, neurological, behavioral and/or emotional conditions
  • Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A compassionate approach to care

Responsibilities

  • Working with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments
  • Develop treatment plans
  • Provide family consultations and trainings
  • Supervise direct treatment
  • Completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including the development of treatment methodology and interventions; writing of progress reports; and development of treatment plans
  • Guide the staff to ensure the effective implementation of home-based services for our clients
  • Supervise Direct Support Professionals
