Requirements
- Must have a car, car insurance and car registration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with all company policies.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Help clients with mobility and transferring as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress.
