Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Must be able to pass background checks and any required certifications.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their well-being.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervisory staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and client progress.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
