Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred but not necessary
- Compassionate, trustworthy, and patient demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
- Must be able to pass background checks and comply with company policies
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor client health and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors or healthcare professionals
