Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or personal care aide role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with household tasks including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
