Basic knowledge of Epic Software and RDX1 portal

Responsibilities

Attaching ECG electrodes and portable heart monitors to patients
Uploading and routing Holter monitor data to ordering physicians
Providing clear instructions to patients on device use, symptom logging, and basic troubleshooting
Maintaining device inventory and ensuring equipment readiness
Scheduling Holter appointments and managing department phone/voicemail communication
Documenting and routing urgent notifications through Epic/Health Connect
Communicating effectively with healthcare providers via email, phone, and Teams
Supporting urgent add-on requests for device placement from cardiologists
Monitoring overdue Holter returns and following up with patients
Reporting damaged devices and coordinating repairs
Ensuring strict adherence to patient confidentiality and data protection standards
Identifying and escalating device or technical issues promptly
