The University of Dayton School of Education and Health Sciences is seeking a Holistic Academic Advisor. This role is guided by the University's Catholic, Marianist identity and its commitment to the Common Good. The advisor will engage in mission-centric academic advising, informed by the National Association of Academic Advisors (NACADA), to foster positive and meaningful interactions with undergraduate students. The goal is to contribute to student belonging, encourage whole-person success, and support retention and persistence through graduation. The University is dedicated to supporting traditionally underserved student populations, as evidenced by its membership in the American Talent Initiative, which aims to increase access and success for Pell-eligible students.
