Holiday Sales Associate PT under 20 hours
About The Position
As part of TUMI’s Retail team, the Holiday Sales Associate creates a client experience that reflects the brand’s ethos, builds and maintains strong client relationships, and drives sales through outstanding service. The role is suited to someone committed to client service and familiar with or passionate about the luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets. TUMI’s retail environment encourages an entrepreneurial spirit and offers opportunities for growth while the team works to increase sales and KPIs, build client awareness, provide world-class service, and grow the brand.
Requirements
- Understand the TUMI brand and have a genuine passion for its lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
- Value collaboration and be open to feedback.
- Have strong sales and client-experience skills; luxury-market experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs.
- Have flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
- Demonstrate integrity and an ability to lead by example.
- Be able to stand and move around the store, lift and push boxes weighing up to 30 pounds, and use a ladder.

Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
- Take pride in work, strive for excellence, and take responsibility for performance.
- Support team coaching and skill practice, provide constructive feedback, and demonstrate the company’s culture and core values.
- Remain open to new ideas and concepts and quickly learn and apply them to the job.
- Use strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and audience-appropriate communication.
- Maintain ethical conduct, collaborate effectively, remain open to feedback, and stay calm while de-escalating situations.
- Manage personal timecards for payroll accuracy, complete assigned tasks by deadlines, and follow company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the store follows visual guidelines and directives, including cleanliness standards, and provide a consistent, superior client experience.
