About The Position

This role is responsible for providing World Famous Friendly Customer Service to customers, team members, and outside vendors. Key duties include meat cutting, processing, wrapping, pricing, merchandising, cleaning, sanitation, stocking the deli, receiving product, tracking invoicing, maintaining accurate inventories, assisting with department hiring, and providing team member coaching, accountability, and evaluations.

Ability to follow safety standards & required operating procedures.
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 80 pounds.
Able to stand on your feet continuously on a regular basis.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & computer technology.
Availability to work weekends as needed.
8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

Tracking Invoicing.
Maintaining Accurate Inventories.
Assist with Department Hiring.
Team Member Coaching/Accountability/Evaluations.
Take Inventory.
Write and review all orders for accuracy.
Receive product.
Cut and wrap meat.
Stock meat counter.
Put product away in cooler and freezer.
Coach department team members for performance improvement.
Assist with the creation of department work schedules.
Perform weekly computer-paperwork.
Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.
