About The Position

This role involves driving a company vehicle to customers' homes or businesses to perform services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting installation. Each day begins with a team meeting to discuss the day's plan, followed by service calls. You may interact with customers to ensure their expectations are met. The day concludes with a recap at the Shine office. The company emphasizes a strong team culture and provides all necessary training, technology, and equipment.

Requirements

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds.
• Must have experience working at heights (roofs).
• Must be able to work outside.
• Strong character, work ethic, and drive to be the best.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of electrical is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Shine vehicle to customer locations.
• Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting installation.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in daily team meetings and end-of-day recaps.
• Work collaboratively with team members.
