About The Position

Shine of Cincinnati is hiring Holiday Lighting Installers for the upcoming Christmas lighting season. This is a great seasonal opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, working with their hands, and being part of a fast-moving team. Our installers help create professional holiday lighting displays on some of the nicest homes and businesses throughout Greater Cincinnati.

Requirements

• Are dependable and show up on time
• Are comfortable working outdoors
• Are comfortable with ladders and heights
• Are physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Care about doing high-quality work
• Have reliable transportation to and from work

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in construction, roofing, landscaping, window cleaning, pressure washing, electrical work, painting, or other outdoor trades is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install professional Christmas lights on residential and commercial properties
• Work from ladders and on roofs to safely install lighting
• Follow lighting designs and installation plans
• Troubleshoot bulbs, connections, timers, and lighting systems
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
• Remove and organize lighting displays after the holiday season
• Work closely with your crew leader to complete jobs efficiently and safely
• Provide a great experience for every Shine customer
