About The Position

This role is responsible for production and installation of Ambius holiday displays, including warehouse organization and cleanliness. The role requires adherence to holiday designs production and schedules, including nights and weekends when required. The decorator will ensure lights are in good working order and decorate trees, garland, wreaths, etc. according to design outlines. Responsibilities also include receiving inventory, labeling and organizing within the warehouse, and working in a safe, clean, and organized fashion. This involves moving holiday product, standing for long periods, bending, and lifting. Ensuring customer satisfaction and complying with all Health and Safety requirements are key aspects of the role. This includes conducting health and safety audits, ensuring written procedures are up to date, and attending required meetings or training sessions. The ability to work inside and outside the warehouse is dependent on business needs.

Requirements

• Prior experience not required, experience in holiday design or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to Detail
• The ability to work independently and follow direction
• Strong time management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to holiday designs production and schedules including nights and weekends when required
• Follow design instruction and schedule outlined by the holiday supervisor/managers
• Ensure lights are in good working order in all holiday decor
• Decorate trees, garland, wreaths etc. according to design outline
• Receive inventory and label/organize within the warehouse
• Work in a safe, clean and organized fashion
• Moving holiday product, standing for long periods of time, bending and lifting
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Comply with all Health and Safety requirements
• Conduct health and safety audits of each employee to ensure work is in accordance with the safety policies of the company and other government regulatory agencies
• Ensure that written health and safety procedures for each job task are up to date and available to include any potential health and safety risk in site specific areas
• Attend any required Health & Safety meetings or training sessions
• Ability to work inside and outside the warehouse dependent on business needs
