About The Position
This is a part-time, non-exempt position at Hokulani Elementary School, a partner organization of Chaminade University. The role involves providing technical support to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, diagnose and repair faults, resolve network challenges, and install/configure technology systems. The position requires flexibility and adaptability to a varied schedule, with a maximum of 19 hours per week on an as-needed basis. The successful candidate will also be responsible for following health and safety regulations and university procedures.
Requirements
- Current Chaminade student
- Federal Work-Study eligibility through Chaminade
- 2.0 GPA or higher (must maintain)
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to provide prompt technical support.
- Diagnose and repair faults to minimize disruptions for users.
