Responsibilities
- Help customers gear up for game day by finding the right fit through knowledgeable recommendations and expert service.
- Greet every customer with enthusiasm and personalized service and go the extra mile to create memorable customer experiences with expert recommendations.
- Actively contribute to a team environment that values hustle, support, and shared success.
- Deliver a complete in-store experience, including merchandising, cleanliness, and inventory control.
- Stay in the game with regular product training and insights to remain a trusted resource for players, coaches, and families.
