About The Position

Common Interest Management Services (CIMS), an Associa Company, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HOA Community Site Inspector to join their team. This is a full-time, non-exempt, remote position based in San Ramon, CA, working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. The role involves driving to 3-5 HOA communities per day to conduct visual site inspections in the East Bay and surrounding areas. Inspections focus on health and safety issues, maintenance concerns, and homeowner violations of community rules, as well as following up on previous violations. Some inspections are completed using a technology platform via a tablet.

Requirements

Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills
Clean DMV record and current auto insurance
Ability to walk up to several miles a day
Attention to detail
Strong written skills with ability to be able to clearly document findings of each inspection
Ability to use technology/tablets etc
Must be proficient with using e-mail
Ability to use timekeeping system via mobile app
Accountability and reliability, with ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

Direct experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
