About The Position

Lifetime HOA Management is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven HOA Business Development Representative to expand our presence throughout San Antonio and the surrounding communities. This position is responsible for generating new business opportunities by building strong relationships with homeowners associations (HOAs), residential developers, builders, and community stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an energetic sales professional with exceptional networking, communication, and presentation skills who thrives on developing long-term partnerships and driving company growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of business development, outside sales, account management, HOA management, property management, real estate, or related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of homeowners associations, community management, residential development, or property management is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, negotiate contracts, and close new business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the San Antonio area.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects, and secure new HOA management opportunities with homeowners associations, developers, builders, and new residential communities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HOA Boards of Directors, developers, property owners, builders, community stakeholders, and industry professionals.
  • Create and implement strategic business development plans to increase market presence and achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate management agreements with prospective clients.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, industry conferences, builder events, and community meetings to promote Lifetime HOA Management.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients using CRM software and provide regular updates on business development activities.
  • Research market trends, new developments, and growth opportunities throughout the San Antonio market.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Executive Leadership to ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired communities.
  • Meet or exceed established sales, revenue, and growth objectives.
  • Represent Lifetime HOA Management with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service at all times.
