About The Position

Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and processing HOA/Tax payments. These duties include accurate identification of tax authority and/or association requirements which include but are not limited to due dates, delinquency date, total amount due, and FC sale dates.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 2 or more years of prior work-related experience
  • 1-3 years payment processing experience in Accounts Payable, Mortgage, Banking, or Real Estate.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word, and PowerPoint.
  • High ethical standards.
  • Motivated, positive, team player.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with outside vendors as well as co-workers.
  • Ability to problem solve with little supervision, in a growing, expanding business.

Nice To Haves

  • some college preferred
  • Knowledge of payment processing for property taxes or Homeowners Association helpful but not required.
  • Real Estate/Mortgage servicing experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and payment processing for property taxes on both a client and asset level
  • Monitoring and payment processing for condo and/or homeowner associations on both a client and asset level
  • Strict adherence to aggressive timelines and company/client guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.
