The Historical Records Associate supports Canopy Children’s Solutions by assisting with careful review, organization, and stewardship of confidential and historical programmatic records. This role contributes to ethical archival preservation and digitization, while honoring the privacy and significance of these important documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong analytical and cataloging of information management skills
  • Data-savvy and information technology abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and organizational standards
  • Professional demeanor and reliability with precision and accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • Post-graduate degree in library science, or complimentary field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review confidential historical records in large volume
  • Organize and categorize physical files
