About The Position
HSHS St. Mary's Hospital is seeking a Lab Assistant to join their team. Lab Assistants are a vital part of the laboratory team, expediting the delivery of laboratory services and accurate test results for medical staff to use in diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role is of the utmost importance to maintain HSHS's commitment to providing patients with high-quality of care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of computer systems
- General knowledge of medical/laboratory terminology preferred
Responsibilities
- Expediting the delivery of laboratory services
- Ensuring accurate test results for medical staff to use in diagnosis and treatment of patients
