Summary: Reaches out to new families entering the community by linking them to community resources. Duties Office related: Greeting all visitors who enter the building. Answer the office phone and route calls as necessary. Occasional travel to support office needs such as mail related items, office supply pick ups, and deliveries. Outreach and Interpretation Assist new families entering the community in applying and linking them to community resources in their native language. Provides interpretation and translator services to clients as needed. Maintians professional and consistent contact with community social services organizations. Enter data and maintain files in a timely manner. General Advocate for the needs of all individuals and families. encountered during work. Provide referrals and information to other social services organizations as needed. Actively participates in Continuous Quality Improvement. Attend required training and meeting. Provides direct service to families, as necessary. Advocates for clients, informing them of their rights and responsibilities.
