About The Position

The Community Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for initiating and supporting relationships with the Hispanic community in which we conduct business.

Requirements

  • Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four-year college degree.
  • 4 years related experience and/or training.
  • 1 to 6 months related management experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to other markets.
  • Must be extremely fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Hispanic businesses and customers to secure their business and support their needs.
  • Support Treasury Services to bring in new business in all Markets.
  • Plan and conduct meetings and events in multiple markets to evangelize the Bank's support for the Hispanic Community.
  • Sell and/or cross-sell all banking products.
  • Travel to other Markets to conduct sales calls and support staff/customer needs on a weekly basis.
  • Work with Marketing to ensure a regular cadence of Spanish-language postings as well as branch supplies and advertising.
