Requirements

8+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience, with recruiting as your primary strength.
Successfully led full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume or multi-location business.
Consider yourself an exceptional recruiter and have a track record of hiring top performers.
Already have a strong professional recruiting network.
Enjoy improving hiring systems using data, feedback, and measurable results.
Excited to help build and scale a growing company.

Nice To Haves

Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail is a strong plus.
