About The Position

Centres for Early Learning (CFEL) is hosting a hiring event on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, for Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) and Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) positions across all Toronto locations. CFEL has been providing quality care for children from infants to 12 years of age since 1975, with a philosophy focused on enriching lives through nurturing and educational curriculum, engaging children and families, and ensuring well-being. They are looking for dedicated educators to join their team and contribute to an environment where children are empowered to grow and excel. The hiring event will feature a two-round interview process: an initial screening followed by an in-depth interview for shortlisted candidates. Candidates should plan to stay for approximately 1-2 hours. Job offers are contingent upon a successful Vulnerable Sector Check.

Requirements

• Flexibility between the hours of 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.
• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check (required upon hire and every five years thereafter).
