About The Position

Nordstrom is hosting a Hiring Event on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 11 am to 5 pm at the Nordstrom Ala Moana store located at 1450 Ala Moana Blvd Suite 2950, Honolulu, HI 96814. No appointment is necessary; candidates can attend anytime during the event for an interview. The process is expected to take approximately one hour, and on-the-spot job offers will be made for most roles. Requirements

Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift.
Ability to frequently bend, twist, squat, flex, and reach.
Ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to reach for and lift items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (Stock/Logistics Only).

Responsibilities

Handle merchandise and assist customers through continuous movement, bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching for 6-8 hours per shift.
Utilize hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Reach for and lift bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (Stock/Logistics Only).
