About The Position
Dungarvin is hosting an in-person hiring event on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 1230 N River Dr., Mankato, MN 56001. They are seeking to fill multiple roles, including Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with no experience required for Mankato, Eagle Lake, Nicollet, and Kasota locations, and Mental Health Specialist II and Mental Health Coordinator II positions requiring 3 years of experience for the Amboy location. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to work in residential adult programs (Mankato/Eagle Lake/Nicollet/Kasota).
- Must be 21 years or older to work with acute behavior services child program (Amboy location).
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as determined by Dungarvin policy.
- Must possess current auto liability insurance.
- Must have computer skills for documentation.
- Must be able to and willing to perform personal cares.
- 3 years of experience required for Mental Health Specialist II (Amboy).
- 3 years of experience required for Mental Health Coordinator II (Amboy).
Nice To Haves
- No experience required for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal cares.
- Perform computer-based documentation.
- Work with individuals in residential adult programs or acute behavior services child programs, depending on the location.
- Support individuals in living meaningful lives on their own terms.
