About The Position

This is an application for a hiring event taking place on May 30th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Various positions are available for adults, including Box Office Ticket Sellers, Auditors, Maintenance Workers, Safety & Security Representatives, Entertainment Ushers, Entertainment Transporters, Event Coordinators, and Office Coordinators. Limited positions are also available for minors (16 years old and up), such as Table Attendants, Parking Attendants, and Exhibit Attendants. Duties may include assisting guests with arrival, providing customer service, reporting concerns to security, performing cleaning duties, assisting guests with seating, and performing computer data input, generating reports, and updating work schedules.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years old and up for minor positions
• Ability to assist with guest arrival, including screening, ticket entry, line management, and traffic control
• Capability to provide excellent customer service
• Willingness to report concerns to the Security department
• Ability to perform cleaning duties
• Skill in assisting guests with seating
• Proficiency in computer data input, report generation, and work schedule updates

Responsibilities

• Assist with guests arrival to the OC Fair (e.g. screening, ticket entry, line management, traffic control)
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer’s needs and making recommendations to guests
• Serve as the eyes and ears of the Fair to report any concerns to the Security department
• Perform cleaning that helps keep our fair spotless
• Assisting guests in finding their seats for concerts
• Performs computer data input, generates reports, updates work schedules as requested
