Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for an organized, energetic, and people-focused Hiring Assistant to help our Hiring Coordinator with the recruiting and onboarding of outstanding caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs). Requirements
- Previous experience in recruiting, hiring, customer service, healthcare staffing, human resources, or office administration preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable speaking with candidates by phone and in person
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to help others succeed
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare or home care experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting activities and hiring events
- Process employment paperwork and maintain personnel files
- Verify employment documentation and check requirements
- Answer applicant questions and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with answering phones
- Maintain accurate records using applicant tracking and office software
