About The Position
The YMCA of Greater St Petersburg's Dance Academy is looking for qualified, reliable dance instructors in tap & hip hop for all ages & levels for our growing dance program. Y Dance Academy (YDA) is a large non-profit dance program offering classes in all genres, including an award winning competition team, technique classes, and a large end of year performance for all students. Students have the option of pursuing dance competitively or as a recreational passion. The schedule will be created based on instructor availability, including days, times, and locations.
Requirements
- Previous experience teaching a variety of dance genres to all age levels
- References required
- Part-time schedule with afternoon availability during the week
- Pass a 10-panel urinalysis drug screen
- Clear a Level 2 background check
