Hindi Content Specialist
About The Position
We're looking for a Hindi Content Specialist to review, validate, and curate written and audio content while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client guidelines. This role requires native or fully bilingual fluency in Hindi, strong cultural awareness of the Indian market(s), exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures and quality standards. The specialist will also need basic problem-solving skills, strong time management, and comfort working with multiple tools and web platforms. Proficiency in MS Office and web browsers is required. The role may involve exposure to content some may find sensitive or offensive.
Requirements
- Native level or fully bilingual fluency (spoken and written) in the Hindi language with strong cultural awareness of the Indian market(s).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures and quality standards.
- Basic problem-solving skills (identify the issue, gather evidence, follow the escalation path).
- Strong time management and ability to consistently meet productivity and quality expectations.
- Comfortable working with multiple tools and web platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web browsers.
- Comfortable working in a role that may involve exposure to content some may find sensitive or offensive.
Responsibilities
- Review and curate Hindi written and audio content
- Validate content accuracy and metadata
- Identify and report content issues/bugs
- Follow SOPs, quality standards, and client guidelines
- Meet productivity and SLA targets
- Collaborate with team leads and participate in training sessions
