The position monitors incomplete medical records and reports when they become delinquent at thirty days post-discharge, adhering to policy. Additionally, the role processes requests for medical records and arranges quarterly reviews by a contract RHIT. Administrative duties include assisting managers with the hiring process by coordinating new hire documentation and maintaining employee education files by uploading competencies to ADP or forwarding to Human Resources. The role is also responsible for ordering facility supplies.
