WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm schedule working in a busy Cardiology practice In person position Enjoy work life balance with consistent day shift schedule and observed holidays off work Prepare, organize, and maintain patient charts and medical records to support efficient clinic operations and timely access to information Review and prepare charts for upcoming appointments, ensuring records are accurate and available according to scheduling timelines Process medical record requests, respond to phone inquiries, and maintain HIPAA compliance when handling protected health information Support providers, staff, and patients through accurate record management, attention to detail, and a commitment to a positive patient experience
