About The Position

A facility near Dodge City, KS is seeking a HIM Manager to join their team! This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a Monday-Friday schedule. The HIM Manager will oversee daily HIM operations, including medical records management and release of information (ROI). They will also supervise and support HIM staff, including workflow oversight, training, and performance management. A key responsibility is to ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to documentation, privacy, and health information accuracy.

Requirements

• RHIT certification
• 3–5+ years HIM experience in a hospital setting (ROI, records, compliance exposure)
• Prior lead or supervisory experience overseeing staff or HIM workflows
