This is an onsite position at Ascension Via Christi Bayley. As our HIM Associate, you will help support accurate management, imaging, and accessibility of patient health information.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve charts from patient care areas and support document reconciliation
• Prep, scan, index, and quality-check medical records and clinical documentation
• Resolve missing or incomplete documentation and maintain record accuracy
• Generate patient lists and assist with calls or walk-in inquiries
• Follow HIPAA, privacy, and retention guidelines to protect patient information
