This is an onsite position at Murray Resource Center As our HIM Associate II, you will deliver exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and payors while upholding the utmost confidentiality for all patients. Your daily tasks will involve preparing, scanning, answering phones, and organizing medical record information to ensure the completion of health information and data. Your role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate and confidential health records. To thrive in this position, you will need to be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about handling sensitive information. You’ll use your prior experience with navigating multiple systems to collect patient information and enter it into multiple computer systems. You’ll use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to answer questions from patients as well as physicians and their staff.
