About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Hilo Operator to join our warehouse team. The Hilo Operator is responsible for operating forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to move, load, unload, and store materials efficiently and safely within the warehouse.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating a forklift/Hilo in a warehouse environment required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to lift heavy items (as required by warehouse operations)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Operate a Hilo/Forklift to move, stack, load, and unload products and materials
- Safely transport goods throughout the warehouse and loading areas
- Assist with receiving, picking, and order fulfillment as needed
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues or damages
- Maintain accurate inventory handling and follow warehouse procedures
- Ensure all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations are strictly followed
- Support general warehouse duties when required
