About The Position

SEH is currently searching for a Highway Engineer to join their talented Transportation team. This position can be located in the Munster, IN area, or surrounding areas or can be Remote in Indiana. This opportunity is also open to candidates wanting to work Hybrid. Join our highway design team to support the planning, design, and construction of a variety of projects. Develop creative solutions to complex challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals. Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions. Build and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with experienced project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Experience in the design and construction of municipal, or state highway or transportation projects
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Experience on INDot Projects
• The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Experience designing multi-discipline infrastructure projects
• Located in Indiana
• Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc.
