We are currently seeking a full-time Electrician to perform maintenance operations in the Orlando, FL area, focusing on highway lighting repair and maintenance while adhering to all applicable regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Minimum two years prior electrical work
Maintain company standards for background checks (i.e. criminal record, driving record and controlled substance/drug testing)
Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
Ability to use smart phone and applications
Ability to adjust to changing work schedule
Ability to work safely under ranging environmental and weather conditions
Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance operations in the Orlando, FL area.
Perform a variety of tasks related to highway lighting repair and maintenance.
Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Jorgensen Company policies and procedures.
Carry out simple arithmetic functions.
Maintain proper safety equipment required for each job.
Use smart phone and applications.
Adjust to changing work schedule.
Work safely under ranging environmental and weather conditions.
Perform strenuous manual labor as required.
Operate hand/power tools.
