As a Higher Education Account Executive, the role involves owning the end-to-end university lifecycle across the LATAM territory, driving strategy, execution, and results for a portfolio of institutions. This position partners closely with Customer Success to help universities successfully adopt and scale Canva, from onboarding through long-term engagement and growth. It is a highly relationship-driven role, requiring close collaboration with administrators, faculty, and students to deliver impactful, campus-wide implementations. The Account Executive will combine strategic sales thinking with a deep understanding of user behavior to identify opportunities for adoption expansion, retention improvement, and the achievement of meaningful educational outcomes. Over time, the role involves building and executing data-informed growth strategies, exceeding revenue targets, and positioning Canva as a trusted partner and thought leader in the education space.
