Account Executives collaborate closely with colleges and universities to understand their teaching, communication, and connection methods, offering solutions to help faculty share content, marketing teams reach future students, and departments create visuals that support learning and growth. The team is committed to building long-term relationships and providing exceptional customer service. As a Higher Education Account Executive at Canva, you will own the end-to-end university lifecycle across the LATAM territory, driving strategy, execution, and results for a portfolio of institutions. Partnering with Customer Success, you will help universities successfully adopt and scale Canva, from onboarding through long-term engagement and growth. This is a highly relationship-driven role, requiring close collaboration with administrators, faculty, and students to deliver impactful, campus-wide implementations. You will combine strategic sales thinking with a deep understanding of user behavior to identify opportunities for adoption expansion, retention improvement, and driving meaningful educational outcomes. Over time, you will build and execute data-informed growth strategies, exceed revenue targets, and position Canva as a trusted partner and thought leader in the education space.
