The High Voltage (HV) Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in powering mission-critical, next-generation data center infrastructure by ensuring the safe, reliable operation of high-voltage substations ranging from 13.8kV to 345kV. This hands-on position is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting advanced HV systems—including transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, protection and control systems, and SCADA—in a zero-downtime environment where precision and safety are paramount. Working closely with operations, engineering, and external partners, the technician serves as a trusted technical leader, executing complex switching and maintenance activities while upholding the highest standards of reliability, compliance, and operational excellence.
