This role involves a commitment to safety, compliance, and technical expertise within Air Liquide. Responsibilities encompass strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental procedures and standards, such as NFPA 70E and NFPA 70 (NEC). The individual must provide technical assistance in medium/high voltage systems, motors, substations, and distribution equipment along with 480V equipment. Critical responsibilities include managing the reliability and safe operation of a 138kV/13.2kV substation, serving as the primary contact for site electrical matters, and conducting regular inspections. Preventive maintenance and support during facility turnarounds are essential, as is overseeing vendor shop repairs for high voltage equipment and motors. Additionally, the role involves project management, including developing project scopes, coordinating external vendors, and implementing reliability initiatives. The overarching goal is to ensure safety, efficiency, reliability, and quality within the organization's electrical operations.
